I've been using this complete grooming set for both personal use and cutting my son's hair, and it's a mixed bag with some standout features and one notable weakness. The Good: The Clippers are the stars of this set. They're impressively lightweight, making them easy to maneuver during longer cutting sessions without hand fatigue. What really impressed me was how sharp the X Fade Blade is straight out of the box - no zero gapping needed. You can actually hear that satisfying crunch as they slice through hair, which tells you they're cutting cleanly. Even after extended use on both my hair and my son's, they stay cool and don't overheat, which is a huge plus for comfort. The shaver is genuinely amazing and works exactly as you'd hope for smooth finishing touches. The Mixed: The trimmers have both positives and negatives. On the plus side, they remove hair pretty well and feature a removable neck cover that makes cleaning effortless and gives you the option for that clean, skeleton look if that's your style. However, they're surprisingly poor at creating clean lineups, which is essential for a complete barbering setup. Bottom Line: The matte green case looks sharp, and the clippers and shaver deliver professional-quality performance. Still, the trimmer's inability to handle precise line work keeps this from being a complete winner. Great for general cutting, fading, and smooth shaving, but you might need a separate trimmer for detailed edge work. Would I recommend it? Yes, but with the caveat that you may need to supplement with a better trimmer for finishing lineups.
