Perfect purchase! AND PURPLE 💜
By Brittany Fried on Reviewed in the United States on April 16, 2025
I got this keyboard because I had noticed my 3 year old logitech keyboard and mouse had started to get very slippery when I'm using the keyboard and mouse, almost felt like it was greasy, so I looked and noticed the finish on the keyboard was wearing off making it literally shiny. This was a old set that I got at bestbuy for 30 bucks and I am happy to say it lasted me as long as it did, So when on the hunt for a new keyboard there were a few things I was looking for. First I wanted it to be either affordable enough to where I could get two sets one for the computer in my living room and another for the computer in my room, or have the capability to switch between devices, This keyboard mouse combo was more expensive but it has that feature. I loved the purple color, and went with black for the pop mouse as you see in the picture. I hope the purple stays purple and does not get stained or dirty over time, right now because its all new I'm washing my hands before each use, but I'm sure that wont last for long. Another thing I wanted was something new, fun, exciting, as I love to type! I actually get a lot of complaints about how long my messages are from my friends and family, forgetting that they respond with their thumbs and are reading on a phone screen not a computer like me. So I type fast, I like the clicking but its very loud. So be mindful if your not wanting something loud, go with the Logitech pop that is non-mechanical for a more quiet type. The mouse is 100 precent silent to me, and I dont even know I'm clicking it, its quite a strange combo forsure. But after just one day I am getting used to that. I have the two computers and my phone set to conect. Which is amazing I love that. Also another cool thing for me, because I wanted something new, this was made around 2021 I think in November to be exact, And my dad passed away in December 2021, so I joke that its the color cosmo, and its sent to me from the cosmos, and that I can think of how lucky I was to have moments with my dad just before he passed and what that November was like for me. Makes me happy to think about. Purple is a good color but it would be nice if they had black. Still not worth loosing a star over, and also the thing I found out today when connected to my phone, and mind you it does say this in the add. it only works with emoji keys on your computer Windows or Mac not on your iphones or andriod (i have android, and it doesn't work) So for those of you that didn't see that like me something to look out for, again not worth loosing a star. This keyboard is much heavier than my old one. The other thing I did not like was I use number keys on a full sized keyboard. Not that I don't know how to use the above numbers but I just like having the keys set out like a number pad. So That is something I had to really think about. I wish they made this in a full sized but seeing now holding it how heavy it is, i wouldn't want it any bigger. It definitely feels like a typewriter. Trust me I would know, that's how old I am. I would buy this again, and I already decided I might later on get the silent key one I saw when looking for this one. But I tested it last night, its not too loud at night where it would be heard by my downstairs neighbors or side neighbors, but maybe from the other room if you were in my apartment. Not that I couldnt just type quieter by pressing gentle if I needed to be more quiet. Its great get one for yourself. I looked it up too and on bing it says that 50,000,000 which i think thats how many keypresses it says it lasts for, is like average 96 years to break. Im sure other aspects of it would break before that but that would make me happy if this lasted me the rest of my life. I'd keep it around forsure. Have a 😄 day! 💜❤️💜❤️💜❤️💜

See Update: Not A New Product; Poor Experience Not Unlike Others
By vanessa on Reviewed in the United States on February 27, 2025
I wish I had read the other 1 star reviews here. I don’t understand what amazons problem is right now but this isn’t ok. I spent a lot of money on two of these keyboards. One was for work. I just wasted a lot of time trying to connect it to the computer. And I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but I should’ve trusted my gut. I opened the box and the keys that are extra were floating around the box like they were loose. Not stuck in the box as new. And the USB logi bolt was totally out of its spot. The cardboard was messed up and I’m pretty sure that’s where it was supposed to be. And the batteries were placed inside the keyboard already. All bad signs that say this was returned. Why was it returned? Now I can’t get it to connect with Bluetooth or the USB. Is it a bad product or is it because I got someone’s hand me downs at full price? I expect a brand new replacement or a full refund. This is a huge let down for what was advertised in my face for a long time as “such a cute and great mechanical keyboard!” Who screwed up? Amazon, Logitech, or both? Because this is embarrassing based on how many other people have experienced the same thing. I will possibly never shop Amazon again. Because it looks like someone tried SUPER hard to cover up the fact that this is technically an “out of box” tech purchase. In person you would never hand someone a product that someone opened, told you it didn’t work, and you refunded. At Best Buy they have a whole line of “Open Box” products because just opening the package makes it different than “NEW”. Especially in tech. And you all know. That’s why you tried so hard to cover it up. Shame on you. I would love to update this review if I could actually trust the product I receive. Because it’s beautiful and it seems like it would feel great to type on. It was everything I wanted except it is a nightmare at the same time. I’ll see if the other one was also returned for the same reason. UPDATE: The seller for the faulty keyboard was Scenic Drive Sports and I do not know the seller for the working keyboard. I noticed several things that were off in comparison to the keyboard that worked. I got two colors, Heartbreaker Rose and Cosmos. The first one I tried was Heartbreaker Rose because that one was going with me to work. As mentioned above I tried for a long time with no success getting it to connect via USB or Bluetooth tethering. I eventually realized that it seemed like a used product. I wanted to compare it to the other one I purchased to see if that was true or if it really was the keyboard. It was a used keyboard because the Cosmos one had these key differences: 4 round stickers on the sides and front, clean wrapping paper with no tears, sealed with an emoji sticker unique to the keyboard, all keys in place besides one loosely astray, USB logic bolt was snug and cardboard was in mint condition, lastly the tape on the battery port was in place. On the Heartbreaker Rose keyboard I had no clue what they were referring to because the tape was gone. This missing tape also made the batteries being in place very questionable. And unlike the Heartbreaker Rose color keyboard, the Cosmos paired instantly via USB as I wanted with no issue. Proving it was not the keyboard that is problematic, but incidentally the Heartbreaker Rose was obviously repackaged to look new. Someone worked very hard to make it look new but it wasn’t hard at all to realize that isn’t what the product is supposed to look like. I am super disappointed and my trust in Amazon as a source for technology is deeply shaken. In general the quality of service is lacking if this is how they want to be. This isn’t the first time Amazon has acted shady but this crossed a new line for me. I was told by Amazon to talk to the seller; and told by the seller to talk to Amazon. Both of them blamed a third party. That is a poor excuse for customer service and a shameful way to operate a company. The keyboard that works is beautiful like the other one, but it is smooth when it types on the screen and it connected so quickly as I followed the instructions. It’s everything I wanted but this experience was dreadful.
