So far does everything I want . Only thing is s it's charging box heats up. They should make that 3 x of the chip sets and find it inside the box for fast charging which it charges fast. But other then then that it's as good as a lot of them. Really great

Would not work or take a charge, horrible customer service

the unit arrived earlier than expected but was defective on arrival. It would not turn on and would not charge. The >25% state of charge LED would only blink during charging, even after charging for 24 hours. Contacted customer support and received a lengthy copy and paste reply that requested my address for a return label. Supplied my address and received another lengthy copy and paste reply asking for my address again. after several reply's, I would only receive similar reply's. I contacted Amazon customer support for help. Poor quality product and useless customer support
