I’ve been so disappointed with this vaccum .It worked one time and I’ve not been able to get it to work since .The lights alternate between solid white and solid blue but it never powers on if not plugged in .Doesn’t move . Expensive junk .

Manufacturer's warranty is running me in circles.
By Daniel on Reviewed in the United States on June 9, 2023
Main plus: Does a good job at sucking dirt and settled chlorine in the floor (doesn't have the slid width or suction to reliably pick up leaves though). Cleaning is as easy as washing the debree in the filter + any debree of the bottom plastic piece, and letting it dry. Con: Device functioned for a bit over 4 months (bought late January; started malfunctioning in the middle of May). Called AIPER's customer service. They identified the problem to be a motor malfunction, and after an after an exchange of information (they requested an email asking for my name and shipping address, which I provided), they stated that they would call me back in 2-3 business days to gather additional information. No call came. Called them back within the week. Once again confirmed the order number, the problem with the vacuum, the name and address listed in the email that I sent them. I was informed to expect a call from them within the week to proceed with the execution of the warranty. No call came. I'm now going to call them for the 3rd time to see if we can proceed with my case. As an additional note, when you call their customer support to speak to a representative, you're going to be placed on hold for an indefinite period of time (no surprise there). What makes this particularly irritating is that, in addition to the classic elevator music one expects during this wait, there is a voice message playing every 15 seconds or so encouraging that stops the music for a second, and then encourages you to call another time when they're less busy (they're always busy); it gives the impression that someone might have picked up the phone only to be disappointed to hear the recording once again. Once they DO answer the phone, make sure to speak as clear as possible; in both of my calls it was clear that English wasn't their first language (and lets be honest, the people in call centers are doing the best they can & are genuinely trying to help you, so while it might be a bit rough and confusing, its best to be patient. You're going to be asking for clarification just as much as they're going to be asking for it). Also, I thought that the Aiper was located in Atlanta, Georgia. Why is their email address written in Mandarin?
