When it first arrived, two of the metal hooks were broken in the packaging. I initiated a return thinking this package must've been manhandled before arriving to me. But when the second hook shelf arrived, it too had a metal hook that was broken right in half. At this point I was trying to get my home ready for guests to come over so I kept it and dealt with the broken hook. I have had this hook shelf for over a year now and only 1 out of 5 hooks are intact. Besides the wood part feeling very cheap, it has lasted without issue, so I plan to buy my own hooks (made of actual steel or something, not whatever kind of cheap, aluminum-like material these are) and screw them into the wood myself. Save your time and money and DO NOT buy this piece of crap.
