Simply put, however you want to cook. It can do it, yes it feels like an infomercial. However the reality speaks for it self.One pot meal, air frying, boiling, searing and many other things I haven't done yet. It is also super easy to clean and use.The interface works on positioning of the knob under the lid. And whatever cooking you want to do you select till you get to it.You could literally use it to replace a kitchen, except. Don't wash dishes in it, I would not recommend doing so.

It didn't come with a manual, instructions or anything that would help me figure out how to use this machine. It doesn't seem to be able to change how the pressure cooker releases steam. Just disappointed that I have nothing to figure it out. They did download a copy of the manual to me. But too much to print.
