I typically would not write a review, however, upon returning to this product 1 year + 1 month (right outside of the 1-year warranty) later to see what others might be saying, I felt compelled since reading other reviews that had similar findings. First off, this product was never great to begin with. The reviews were better overall back during time of purchase, but compared to the other bucket-style air fryers, it never did a great job crisping our food. I thought it would be handy to be able to separate different foods to fry but the space between the racks is so small, that it didn't ever seem to be convenient or feasible. Second, the product is too bulky in relation to its functionality - the return on this just is not enough for the reason aforementioned. Third, clearly there is some kind of issue where this thing junks out (our buttons stopped working) about a year in. Definitely skip this product.
