Shark Apex Lift Away Upright Vacuum

Shark warranty says the entire base is a wear and tear item, and the warranty is only for the main suction motor. The entire base with two rollers and suction part is all not covered on warranty, and I asked where it is described and the answer is its in the " Etc. ". They listed filter as a wear, which everyone realizes, and left the main part of the unit itself. And this product is now not active, so cant even return to amazon.
