Rydon Racer 6MPH Top Speed +5 Years

The whole front axel assembly failed while my daughter was riding this. We only used this item 12-15 times throughout last summer and into the fall, then was stored inside in a dry temp controlled room over the winter. When the spring weather arrived this past April, my now 5 year old wanted to go out and ride her scooter. Now keep in mind it was only used 12-15 times prior to this day. I strapped her helmet on ( thank god) and she started to ride up and down the driveway and sidewalk like she normally does and suddenly the whole front housing to the axle failed, and not just failed, it crumbled into several different locations and was smoldering. this caused the front handlebar to de-attach and send the front of the deck into the ground abruptly along with her face @ 5+ mph. she lost two teeth, got 5 stitches and a concusion.
