This boosts my previous 4-Star review to a 5-Star! We had a problem with the lights staying on in the fawn's head and contacted the vendor. THEY WERE AMAZING! First they suggested a couple of ideas to fix the problem which we had already tried. When the problem recurred, the entire deer family was replaced within a few days! They were responsive to our problem, friendly and eager to make it right. Not only do we have a beautiful deer famiky, fully lit, on our lawn, have experienced customer service pretty much unheard of in this day and age! KUDOS!

Buy better Zip ties, the ones included don’t hold well. And fall easily. Overall they look great, perfect lighting for my style.
