this is the second I've installed. they are attractive - well-built and the numerous plate holes make placement pretty easy

Looks nice but ...

This product looks nice, however it doesn't have any installation instructions, I had a contractor here to install it and it was impossible to put together. Together it comes in four pieces. Two pieces are the handle. There is a small pipe that fits between the two pieces and a coupler that's supposed to go over that to cover the seam. However, the coupler is the same size as the handle. Therefore, it is impossible to put it on we installed without this outer coupler. Perhaps the company will send me one that fits
