Great but not as good as me with a mop and bucket

I've read the bad reviews but decided to try this one. I was concerned because of the price - you know, you get what you pay for. I have all hardwood floors, a husband, dog, and cat and live in the country. So ... this is a little round thing that scoots on the floor. sometimes it gets stuck, I have to empty the bin, and add water and clean the pad. I don't expect it to do the same job I do with my spin mop. Actually, no one does as good a job as I do. But, it always goes home when it's supposed to and is ready to go to work the next morning without complaining. If you have high expectations that this will work like a big vacuum and mop like a janitor, don't buy it. But, if you want help with daily floor cleanup, this does the trick. (and I have 2 robo vacs. I run both all the time, except when the dog is in the house because she freaks)

With one issue I do like the bot for the price. The issue: first one tried to clean juice and got sticky, but wouldn't get clean. (Goo Gone wouldn't work). The company WOULDN'T help me fix it and instead refunded my money and made me re-order it. The 2nd one did the same thing but in Shampoo. The company will not reply to me. It's hard to see "sticky" but the picture shows how one of the brushes are starting to stick to itself and getting smaller.
