ViewSonic VG2756V-2K 27 Inch 1440p Video Conference Monitor (Open Box)

Not only do these monitors have a crisp, bright screen, but the ability to use the USB-C connection between a laptop and the monitor to both provide a video feed to the monitor and provide charge to the laptop is a great feature. I've had a VG2755-2K for almost year now, and its been great. I just picked up a VG2756-2K for my wife, and its exactly the same by appearance and function. The only thing that's marginal about this monitor is that the speakers suck, but I never intended to use the speakers.

It will not stay on for more than 5 minutes. I have to press the button for the screen to stay on continually. We are debating our next steps. And the video camera is poor.

Great graphics, easy to install. Integrated Webcam and speakers solved all of my previous issues. Will probably buy another shortly.

Bought this monitor because it was highly recommended and boasted plug-and-play capacity. Attached to MacBook Air 2020 with usb-c cable included. Video quality was very poor--grainy visuals, choppy text. Tired various settings and cables (including a new usb-c cable), to no avail. Spoke with manufacturer; they did not know what could be causing the problem and suggested returning it for repair. Returned instead to Amazon seller (PC Nation); it was easy to do (dropped off at UPS Store), but I also didn't expect them to just say "return it" without even offering to address the problem in any way. PC Nation's phone customer service rep said he couldn't help me, referred me to online email or chat. When a seller is so quick to tell you to return a defective product, you have to wonder if it's not the first time they've sold this defective product.

Nice monitor

This docking station looses connection several times daily, and re-open on the laptop built in monitor. It doesn't work well with another monitor, I even bought another of the same brand and the secondary monitor is not nearly as crisp and easy to read. I tried hooking them up with several different cables, and it only works one way. I wish I had bought a regular docking station.

Item had a good price. Did not work with 2019 Style USB-C Macbook Pro. I could here chime from Laptop connection, but no picture at all. I returned and purchased a Dell U2720QM Worked right out of the box. Using now to write this review. Dell monitor $200 plus additional but works. You get what you pay for. P.S. Dell 4K not 2K like the Veiwsonic.
