Great Little Machine

It took buying 3 of these over a few months time to find the right one. Amazon has been great at letting me send them back each time. Each one worked differently in many ways. The first one didn't map very well. The second one was just crazy, going in circles most of the time. This one, (AV2501AE), does a much better job mapping our house and gets better every time it runs. I was not sold on a "renewed" model, but this one was like brand new and more affordable as a bonus. No wear whatsoever. Great little machine.

Don't buy refurbished

It worked excellent for one week and then just stopped. I called for technical assistance and they told me to turn it off and reset it. There is no off button. I tried a factory reset through the app and it did nothing. It would leave the dock, sing a tune and send an error message saying-"need more help?" But the message did not say what the error was. We cleaned the sensors, took the dustbin out to make sure there was nothing in it. The rollers were fine. I think the computer chip is bad. They did send me a return lable, so at least I can get a refund.
