Pilling is going to happen

The material of this fabric lends itself to automatic pilling. I have a fabric shaver which helps but the peeling was almost immediate after the first wash. Otherwise the shirt fits really nice and it's very comfortable it just doesn't seem to have a lot of longevity. It isn't really sheer but I got the coral color. Otherwise it's very flattering I just question the value.
