Was sent a faulty computer which caused a lot of trouble

This computer had a faulty hard drive and I am in the process of returning it. I ordered and received a replacement computer. Problem is I had to pay twice to have each one installed. Now I am out $175 as it was difficult to pull data from faulty hard drive. Bummer! Can I get you to refund some of this money. We are in our 80's and money is tight.
