Burnt out

Ordered two boxes of ten for new shop, had all 20 up and on two Burt out in less than 20 minutes. How do you return two out of a box of ten? Otherwise very bright and nice, just hope they last longer then the two, maybe Sunoco will read this and send me replacements.
