I love this machine but it is not quiet. I read the reviews prior to purchasing but this is not quiet.. so if it is going in a quiet office.. while in use, it is noisy. Almost medium to loud noise level

Read if you will need to copy documents with multi pages.

My husband spent a lot of time researching printers and wound up ordering this one. I had a a multi page document I needed copies for and spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to feed it in the printer. After an hour of reexamining the manual then talking to Canon, my husband came in to apologize stating that the printer will only copy one page at a time! The Canon representative said he should have called ahead of time and ask if the printer had that capability. Seriously, who would think to ask that question? I have used many printers to copy documents in the last 50 years and never met a printer that couldn't accept multiple pages.
