Loved the purse but it was sticky

I returned the bag against my wishes but it was new in perfect condition perfect size but because it was the polished pebbled leather it had a sticky feeling to the material. When my skin touched it I would literally stick to it even though nothing was there. Maybe the other colors are better in a not polished finish.
