Yes, It is worth the money.

I didn't want to trust it, as it was too cheap and it was "chinesium". I did A LOT of searching. Noticing Consistencies between these no name brand Chinese knock offs, and the BIG NAME... Despite the colors and the case differences, the lenses, and the arrangement of lenses and apertures were IDENTICAL. Notice the layouts, theres the 2 lens and 3 lens variations and no real differences between a LANCER TACTICAL and a Vortex or (Insert Big brand outdoors/golf company) Rangfinders. Anyway, I read some of the negative comments about ranges being wrong.. (listed is a 1m +/- CEP) and i have found reality does coincide with the claim. I saw complaints of the display being hard to read or the readout fuzzy, and i think people might not have realized the eyepiece is an adjustable diopter, and quite obviously LCD number are going to be hard to see when you're staring into the sun. In my experience with this range finder (a very long precision shooting session at various ranges yesterday) i found it was VERY acceptably accurate as the ranges it gave me worked very well with the Firing solution my Ballistics calculator gave me, if it said 46.1y and the BC said "46y E:↑1.7 W: 0.1" and let fly, 5 shots exactly on target Same as RF:100.5 BC: E:↑4.8 W: R: .02 and HIT ( i'm shooting an FX Dreamline .25). The Unit is easy to use, Has a 30 sec auto shutoff, a simple tap and you get Range and Incline angle. the LCD readout is extremely sharp and plenty dark. Make sure you set the Focus on the lens or you'll suffer what looks to be a blurry hard to read Display. best $55 i've spent.

Not a fan of the button layout or the display
By Tony on Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2023
Really dislike the button layout. 2 buttons on top, hard to hit the right button in the heat of the moment. If you accidentally hit the menu button 1st you get all the settings messed up. Hit the range button then it doesn't work and your deer has already moved out of range. Magnification was not good. I bought a different brand and was VERY pleased in the function of operation and distance it worked well. Found another that had a little more magnification too. Anyone that has had a few brands of these will find out most do not magnify what they say. Going to return this one.

This thing works as good as my more expensive range finder but have used only a few times. If it continues and holds up I’d give it a 10 Star.

Arrived quickly. So far, I've only messed around with it a little bit. But seems to work pretty well at ranging distances. I got this so I got get a distance to target measurement for shooting. Glass is ok, the LED readout is good, clear. I have not tested battery life. Seems to measure accurately. For now it works for me and was worth the money spent.
Awesome.

I purchased this to replace a plus $200 rangefinder that stopped working after 5 years. I saw reviews her and thought I would give this one a try. It is as accurate as stated, within a yard or son at most ranges. It comes with a functional case, and so far the battery life is good. I would purchase it again, and it is a great value.

I purchased this rangefinder for use when target shooting to help me estimate distances to targets to site in rifles and to estimate bullet drop compensation. I immediately noticed it is light weight and compact and ergonomic. Top of device has two buttons, mode and power buttons which are easy to toggle when holding the device up to your eye. There is the ability to focus the eyepiece by turning it while viewing to bring desired image into focus. The internal LCD display is not bright but easy to read in average outdoor lighting conditions. The M button on top toggles through modes including y (distance), y- (horizontal distance to object). Will also calculate x- (how high above or below the object you are) and the angle (+ or -) you are above or below that object. Hold reticle on the object and briefly press the power button and will get reading within a second or so. The readings seem consistent when repeated and accurate. I found that when trying to measure an object that was partially obstructed or between trees that the readings would vary widely, likely due to the laser seeing the nearer obstructions and measuring those. For objects with unobstructed line of sight the readings were very consistent. I did not have a location to test the maximum possible range of the device. The rangefinder comes in a nice zipper case and is USB-C rechargeable. Red light indicates charging and green when charged. The outer had Realtree camo which looks good and useful if used for hunting. It is priced on the lower end of the spectrum of rangefinders. Overall, this is a great, budget friendly option rangefinder for personal use and I would recommend.
