Great coffee

Like the size and ease of use. Coffee is great and hot. Use a paper filter. I have not figured out how to program, as instructions for that are unclear.

Leaked All Over

I was so excited to review my new coffee maker. Aware it was refurbished, I opened the box it looked brand new! Took down my old one. Put the the new one in the counter set the time and the timer to go off in the morning. Put my coffee in, added the water and water went EVERYWHERE from the bottom of the coffee maker.. I was completely bummed.. So I did the return, they already have it back and it takes them 2 1/2 weeks to issue a credit to my Amazon account.. ho figure...
