Amazing projector for the price

Perfect picture and amazing brightness. Setup for a fixed screen is a touch tricky. You may not be able to use the auto keystone setup. But the 8 point manual keystone works well. Plan a couple hours for optimum screen coverage, and then the programming setup. This is not just plug and play. Take your time and you will be amazed with the performance of the unit when you're done. I can't rave enough about the picture and sound. Even though I now have mine hooked into my JBL surround sound unit.

Very poor picture quality

Requires absolute pitch black for a halfway decent resolution picture to show up. And the software is very very subpar, requiring updates all the time (and managing them badly), missing applications (that can't be installed) and very very poor sharpness. Imagine watching a football game where you simply can't see the ball.
