Crux Espresso Machine for Nespresso Pods

I bought this a couple months ago for its price and small size thinking it would be great to take with me on vacation at the end of this month. WHY DIDN'T I TEST IT WHEN IT FIRST ARRIVED? I'm an idiot because I assumed there would be no problems and left it in the box. Well, fate would have it that I had to go out of town recently for a 3-day seminar, so I figured this was my chance to test it. GUESS WHAT? It leaked water EVERYWHERE! It was defective, and now I was angry! To add insult to injury, it was just past the 30-day return window, so I would out $43. Since I still needed a small, affordable Nespresso maker, I decided to immediately buy another one thinking it couldn't have the same defect. I received the unit a couple days later, and this time, I tested it immediately, and couldn't believer it...DEFECTIVE AGAIN! I WAS BEYOND DISAPPOINTED. Same problem, water poured from the bottom upon use. LISTEN UP READERS - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS THE MANUFACTURER HAS SPECIFICALLY INDICATED THAT THEY HAVE FIXED THIS ISSUE. It's a real shame because apart from the machine being incredibly loud, it would make for a really good, semi-portable machine that you can rely on when traveling and staying at hotels, or as a backup machine to a Delonghi, or even a starter machine for those who want to dip their toe into the Nespresso universe.
