Waist Wrap for Women Tummy Control

So, getting old sucks! I tweaked my back for the first time ever a few months ago. (I was doing my 28-day fix and must have not not held my core well enough for a side plank) And then, I almost tweaked it again moving furniture around corners and a few steps. It was on the cusp of tweakness. I got this support wrap just to give a little more support when exercising and moving heavy-ish things and snow shoveling. I love it...building my core back up, one day at a time with a little support. Hopefully, I'll only need it sparingly when doing heavy lifting and such in the future.
