VARSK 4-in-1 Car Vacuum Cleaner

We purchased this less than 2 years ago for vacuuming the car. It will not turn on today when I tried to use it to vacuum the car. Last time I used it, the vacuum would only turn on intermittently, and I noticed that the plug into the cigarette lighter was very hot. I can only guess that the plug or the power cord was not rated to handle the amount of current the vacuum draws. Since the power cord is attached to the vacuum, there is no way to replace the plug and the power cord with something that might work better. When it worked, the vacuum served our purpose. The suction was good enough to clean the crumbs, sand and dirt my family leaves in the crevasses in the carpet of the car, and the attachments were useful to get into tight places or brush up dirt to be suctioned away. We only used the vacuum once about every other month, so total of about 12 time of use if that. The quality of the plug and power cord is not acceptable, at this price point, it should not be a disposable product that breaks after less than two years of light use!!! I feel ashamed to have purchased something I'm now going to have to throw in the landfill after such a short time. Buyer be ware!!
