Exactly what I hoped for!

I’d been waiting for a TV design that didn’t look like a hunk of tech on the wall. So excited that Samsung came up with the Frame tv! The only catch is the complimentary images are fairly basic and the more artsy ones require you to join (I don’t know the price). I still need to figure out how to load my own photos. Once I do, it’ll be perfect! I also paid for the Amazon local people to install it, and they were terrific! Very professional, fast, clean and courteous. Worth the $$.

TV would not power on

I was never able to power on this TV, so I can't give it a detailed review. I will say though, that I have been trying to return it for 3 days. When I requested a return, the seller sent me an RMA, but when I took it to my local UPS store, they told me return shipping wasn't authorized, so I would have to pay $306 to send it back. I let the seller know, and they offered to let me keep the TV "at a nice discount". However, I already bought a replacement (also renewed) which is working perfectly, so I have no use for a non-functional TV. A day later, still waiting to hear back.
