We failed to read the reviews or else, we’d never have ordered this. The dimensions are WRONG! We received the A/C and it was well boxed and appeared in good condition. However, the dimensions were incorrect and it wouldn’t fit in the window. Tried to return it, but WOOT wouldn’t pay for return shipping. Was going to cost $125 to return an item that they misrepresented. Put it online and sold it instead.
