Neded another 3-way for a remodel and chose this one. I've installed many different brands of this type and this one safe to say is one with same or better features at a better price point. The structures solid and molded nicely to avoid any difficulties in wiring or mounting. Thou not in need of instruction - the included sheets ez enough for anyone to understand. The switch has a good feel as it flipped (thou left to right instead of up n' down) - the dimmer slide works smoothly and the adjuster wheels set in a good spot and does its job for making the bulbs appear as needed when needed. As for the final appearance - its a winner. Highly recommend these for any 3-way dimming - this ones dimming a few slim recessed Sunco 6-inch ceiling led lites without issue.
