At 4 years old it's better then my $5oo 1 yr old vacuum
By Em on Reviewed in the United States on March 24, 2025
I bought this in 2021 and wish I'd written a review sooner. I love this vacuum it's better than my $500 vacuum that's 1 year old. The battery doesn't last as long but for pick up power it wins the race. If I would've know how truly awesome this little vacuum was I'd have gladly spent the $500 on several more or these. It works best for me without the stick but I'm ok with that. For 3 years it was my truck vacuum (18 wheeler) that was used 6 times/day more. With two humans, 3 dogs and a cat it got a workout trying to keep hair and road dust under control. We retired and are home now but still use it for pet beds and rugs or when I want a deeper clean than the expensive one provides. I can't get over how awesome this cheap little vacuum is. It's easier to clean, takes up less room, and came with more attachments than the other one.

This item is junk!

No clue how this item has such high reviews. I recently purchased the Wowgo stick vacuum and I'm EXTREMELY happy with that product. I'd suggest that over this. Opening the box I was disappointed when I saw what I had purchased. Aesthetically the vacuum is very pleasing but that's about where the positives stop. PROS: Aesthetically pleasing Battery charged faster than expected CONS: Canister: is a poor design. Sits on the front of the unit and is hard to open with its plastic tab instead of a push button or push lock. Removing canister to clean isn't easy either. The filter in the canister and it's assembly don't fit back into place easily either. Roller Head attachment: spits out as much as it sucks in. When I vacuumed a small area I noticed there was as much dust and dirt on the outside of the vacuum as there was on the inside. The NOISE from this attachment sounds like a jet engine about to take off, and that's on the low setting. Says it's for hardwood, tile, low profile carpet which is not true. Hardwood would spit things around, tile was so bad each time I'd hit a grout line the thing would shake and sound like it was coming apart, and the low profile carpet cleaning was so bad I had to vacuum the same area 5 times. It was like the roller was so poorly designed it was just pushing things around. The roller head on my Wowgo has a soft locking position so it will stand up right and even rotate a bit without falling over, this unit just flops around with no control. Oh, and the button to release the roller head is so small and hard to see it took 3 of us 5 mins to find it. Plastic Corner Attachement: is pure junk. Hard plastic that was almost impossible to slide down and use. Was afraid to force it to slide down. I had to wiggle it for quite some time before it broke loose and slid down. Very bad design. No button just some plastic tab and ridges on the tube. Stick Pole: felt sturdy but the sliding lock didn't want to work at first. I kept looking for a button, lock, or something to activate the stick pole to extend. Motor: they need to remove any form of "silent", "quiet", or "low db" from this description. The low speed was pretty loud and when you crank it up to high then the animals start running. My Wowgo is so quiet you can still watch TV while you vacuum. The power button is on the front of the handle, very odd. The speed selection switch is some cheap plastic toggle that you will always push up to high and have to back down to mid-speed. The design is so bad you can't leave this vacuum standing. You have to lay it down or prop it up against something. Charging requires it to be mounted to the wall so it will sit in place. Overall: this vacuum is complete junk compared to my Wowgo. I'd figure for $40 dollars more I'd get better quality but I was sorely disappointed. My advice buy the Wowgo. It's a great unit and price.

Wow! I am so happy I purchased this little ruby red beauty! From the moment I took the parts out of the box, the feel was quality! It took a bit to figure out how to get the battery in, but everything else was fairly easy. I think the directions are fairly clear. Once I got it out together and started using it, I was blown away! It is lightweight, easy to push and the light is a cherry on top! Whoever designed and built this thing knew what they were doing and listened to people who actually use vacuums regularly! I love the three speeds and that it is relatively quiet! The swivel action is superb! I also love that it can be used when it is fully extended or retracted, as I was able to sit down and use it in the area directly around me. THEN I was able to switch out and use it as a handvac with the hose and Mosel to get under my couch- while I was sitting on my couch!!! I vacuumed my family room (carpeted) on high, went through the kitchen and dining room (hard floor and rug) and the did one bathroom AND the bathroom fuzzy rug on low- and it vacuumed it nicely without ever try to suck it up!!! I did have to empty the cup after the family room. The cup was completely full of hair and dust and small particles. Two of us have very long hair, so I was happy to see it did this with no problem. You have to take the battery off and twist the cup to get it out. I had a little trouble getting the now empty cup and filter back together, but that was more me not paying close attention to the details- where the notches were and the arrows that are very clear! The other thing it took me awhile to figure out was where the button I needed to ‘push to the left’ is on the bottom to remove the roller to take hair off the roller! I was actually able to just pull the hair off, but I wanted to know how to do this! It would be good if that little button was a different color or had a mark on it of some kind, but once I discovered where it was the roller popped righ out! Now I just have to figure out what that lovely soft roller is for?! Furniture? Hardwood floors? In the end I had done all of this and the battery still had two bars lit up when I plugged it back in to charge! They do say to take it off the charger when it is fully charged to extend the battery life! I am not very handy with screwing things in, so I guess I’ll have to find a you tube video for how to mount the charging station! I am so happy I got this cordless vac!!! Even with a broken ankle in a cast and having to use a knee rollator, this perfect little quality vacuum allowed me to feel in control of my housework again!!! I wrote such an extensive review because it was the extensive reviews that convinced me to snap up this bargain while it was on sale!

I purchased this vacuum with the intention of getting under my couch because at the time I had a large corded shark that would not fit, well this one didn’t either. I ended up keeping it anyway. I used this for quick cleanups downstairs, especially in the kitchen and dining area at the end of the day. The battery life would never allow it to do much more than that. I would say 15-20 mins? I also used it for the stairs because out of all my vacuums it was the lightest at the time, although awkward. I did enjoy this with the little brush attachment for the baseboards as we have the wide flat ones that seem to catch everything, also very good for corners. For me it was too top heavy to vacuum the ceiling fan it just didn’t work out that way the dust wouldn’t get sucked up and still fall down and I would be fighting for my life holding it up that long. I swear I bought this with the extended warranty and I have no idea how to find that now that I need it. There were definitely things I’m gonna miss about this one. I loved the lightness of this it just felt so easy to grab and not a hassle ( yes I know I just talked about the ceiling fan issue, but that is with the attachment holding up in the air). I do feel like the suction was amazing. I have no complaints and I really abused this thing. I have a family of 6 with teens a toddler and a dog. This thing grabbed mostly everything. Probably a harder time with larger dog food but after a few run overs it got it because I’ll be honest it was easier. Worked well on carpet too, although I used it the least on it it did well. I would say it is pretty loud but has some power behind it. Pretty durable since my toddler likes to “help” and it’s been slammed a million times. It’s been 2 years and now the battery won’t hold a charge. If I can find the warranty I would say this vacuum would be worth the purchase. If not I’m kinda disappointed it only lasted 2 years
Amazing!

Great Vacuum For Price!

I am very happy with this item. I bought it looking for something to clear up litter trails left by my cats. I had been dragging out the larger vac several times a day or hunching over a handvac, but my back was starting to object to both. This little vac was just what I needed! It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver. The suction is very respectable for motor size, the battery power is more than I need to sweep through the house, and the rotating brush provides an extra boost for larger debris, hair, & dust. It usually takes me about 10 minutes to sweep through the whole house and, so far, have never run out of battery power. It recharges very quickly ready for next run through. The tank is very easy to remove and empty. I love the fact the company included an extra filter. Usually companies will only provide one, then charge excessively for replacement filters. The filter also has a screen protector that drastically helps collect smaller dust particles before clogging up the filter. There are a few things I think can be improved, but for the price, I think the five stars is warranted. In case the manufacture reads these reviews, here's my wish list for future models: 1) The vac isn't very good at edging. Even a small piece of litter or other debris next to the baseboard, I have to either kick it away with my toe or detach the handheld vac to get it. 2) The handheld part of the vac isn't very useful without the supplied attachment and there is no mount to keep the attachment with the vacuum. So, you either have to carry it around while vacuuming or retrieve it when needed. The handheld portion of the vac should be extended longer than the collection tank so it can be used without the attachment. That would be so useful when trying to get those wayward bite along the baseboard. Also, some sort of mount for the attachment should be added to the charging base so we can keep all parts together. 3) I wish the suction mode button and the power button were reversed. Your thumb lies naturally where the suction mode button is, but you kind if have to stretch around the front of the handle to switch the vac on and off. I guess, if you change suction mode often, the current layout works better, but I just leave mine on max, so I need more access to the power button. 4) The listing seems to imply the batteries are replaceable with standard store-bought rechargeable AA batteries. That doesn't appear to be the case. Maybe there is a way to inexpensively replace them and I'm just missing it, but it looks like you have to purchase a new, and very unique, power pack. Overall, I am extremely happy with the vacuum. It could be improved in areas, but it is still well worth the price as is.

Perfect for my Studio Apartment—or any space

I love this vacuum—as evidenced by the fact that I actually use it regularly! And this one compact machine covers *every* floor and surface in my apartment. Some time ago, I was gifted a small vacuum that a tenant left behind for me at move-out (which I thought would be great), but which I never even used. It just ended up stacked behind the bathroom door, collecting more dust in my small space. Ugh. Despite its seemingly compact handiness, that little Devil did not contribute much more than merely suction-sweeping the center of the floors and rugs (and the suction was weak, with no corner tools nor attachments)—which all could be easily done with a broom (even if less effective). By then, I had a total of four different swiffers/sweepers/suckers literally stacked and collecting dust, taking up way too much space in my tiny unit. But this “stick vacuum” is SOOO much more useful and practical in my space! I actually use it! Very much love the way the compact model hangs on the wall-mount charger (so many appliance footprints on the floor, so little room…). The charge is enough to cover my 450 ft2 apartment about 2-3x on “high” before a recharge, and the pickup suction is great with every attachment and switching out across every surface (e.g. original wood floors + cracks/crevices/seismic retrofit brackets on floors + area rug and runner + between the couch cushions + behind the toilet + kitchen + drapes + bookshelves + etc.). The expandable/contractable extender also quickly turns it from an upright vacuum, into a hand-vac, into a ceiling fan brush (and every length in-between) as needed. And all of the attachments are easy to switch out. I love that I can cover every surface in my studio with a single tool. The dustbin canister empties easily, and the filters can be rinsed for easy re-use. The only thing I might improve might be to make the crevice tool/dusting brush lock in place with better strength, so the duster brush doesn’t keep getting pushed down during use (resolved with a little duct tape for now). And I would love it if maybe there was a little accessory holder that mounted to the unit or wall charger to hold all the attachments. That being said, I just made my own for now so I could keep rolling, because I love this thing! Eliminates sooo many steps from cleaning day.
For Light Use, Sturdy, Multi-functional, Light-weight

This is a light-weight, but sturdy unit. It's mainly for light use, so if you're after something that can do a big room in one sitting or can get up lots of tough dirt and animal hair, I wouldn't recommend it. It came charged with 3 bars, but I suggest fully charging it before first use, as it states. At full charge, it's powerful for its size for getting your hardwood floors fairly clean, but if there's anything remotely sticky on the floor, it's not the best. I have a bissell that can get that kind of stuff and is made for big rooms. I bought this for our carpeted stairs. It's OK for that kind of work and certainly versatile and lightweight enough for that kind of job. It has 3 settings for suction power, but I see little use for anything but high. It's not very loud and does have a light in the front for the wide brushed accessory. It's very versatile in what you can do with it, so it's great for getting up high or in tight spaces. I found the reservoir filled pretty quickly so the vacuum does work well. I had to empty it often, but that was expected. Unloading the reservoir is pretty simple (twist, pull down and take it to the trash and flip open the bottom. If stuff is really stuck in the filter, then there is an included brush that also appears to have a hook/knife end for cutting through tangled hair or threads. You can easily pull out the filter and just clean it. It also came with an extra HEPA filter. Charging is simple. Plug in the charging port and slide it onto the vacuum, or if it's mounted on the wall, then slide the vacuum onto the charger. I would have preferred double the power storage on this unit, as my phone has more power capacity than this vacuum. For quick dry spill cleanups, getting into tight areas, and general corner cleaning, this thing is pretty good. I can't give it 5 stars, as it's not as powerful as I had hoped in getting some lint off of carpet that's really clinging, like my other vacuum. I do find it fun to use. I would have hoped for a light on the main unit, as well, so that you're not only getting light with only one of the attachments. I would also have preferred a way to attach all accessories (at least the smallest one) to the unit. This might also be great for the car for general cleaning, but dug in dirt, etc. might not come out easily with this vacuum. I'll test it and see.
