Major return hassle, not wiped, bad power key

This machine is still registered to another user Return options are difficult. Can't drop off at whole foods, UPS or USPS. Either pick up with no confirmed meeting time or go to a hub locker which are few are far between. This is not disclosed before the purchase!! One must pay and then you find out your return options. Also power key is sticky.
