Works as Advertised - Easy set up

Pleased with the PC - it is bigger than I thought it would be but I didn't really check the spec sheet before purchase. No issues yet and I have been gaming on it for hours almost daily. Nothing negative to report and I am enjoying the new PC that works and has plenty of power for my needs. \

Nightmare

Absolute nightmare from the first time we turned it on. Crashed repeatedly on day 1 (Christmas) spent hours on the phone with Dell tech support, waited several days for them to send a tech to our house, the tech couldn’t fix it either! Now supposedly waiting on several new parts for this BRAND NEW computer that DOESN’T work. Absolutely ruined Christmas for my son as this was his only present. So very disappointed. Just want a refund.
