It's a great computer, a great deal, strong cpu and memory for office work. Clean inside and out. But the refurbisher put in a cheap trash SSD drive that came to a crawl within 6 months, 10-20 sec hangs with 3Mb/s slow writes to the pagefile. So we replaced the SSD with a less than $50 NVMe card at a blazing 3.5Gb/s speed.
