Works Very Well For Our Above Ground Pool!

This vacuum was very easy to assemble, and works very well. Just after one hour of using this pool vacuum it was full of stuff I did not even realize was at the bottom of my pool! Now that I am able to vacuum up the solid bio material my pool has been much easier to maintain and keep crystal clear. The only problem I have had is that the vacuum seems to get stuck sometimes and won't go anywhere, but that is because there are some dips and bumps in the bottom of our pool (our fault) but if you just give the vacuum a nudge it goes again. If you are looking for a simple, not too expensive pool vacuum for an above ground (ours is a Best Way 15X48) It does only run for an hour per charge, but for our size pool it is perfect.

Worked for one season

This ran well enough for one summer season and now it's very slow and stops when it reaches the pool wall failing to turn around and go any further. The device does not run for 50 min, more like 20 on a full charge. It does not have the capacity to clean a dirty pool, it's more for touch-ups. You can drop this in every day and it will keep you from having to vacuum manually. Hopefully it works longer than one season for you. UPDATE After contacting the manufacturer, they refused to send me a replacement and just keep asking me to do simple troubleshooting procedures that four year old would have already tried. The company says that the warranty is expired and they wont replace the unit. Asurion says that the unit is still under warranty and they will not do anything about it either. I paid over $230.00 for this and now the price is dropped down to under 100.00. Avoid this product, the manufacturer, and Asurion.
