Update: The fan was malfunctioning, and the manufacturer is refusing to even acknowledge the warranty. I bought a My Foldaway Rechargeable Fan and it was dated 2005 and cheaply made. Fan malfunctioned and barely had any fan power. This fan on the other hand, I love it! It's powerful, portable and rechargeable! My only rift is that the tripod seems cheaply made but the fan itself seems to be made well.
