Who’s to blame manufacturer or Delivery service

I received my package and was very much excited when I placed my order only to receive damaged goods as shown in the video. Unfortunately the damage done saddened me. Because the item is something I do want I went ahead and reordered it and hopefully 🤞🏼 my next delivery will not be of a damaged product again. What I didn’t like is that a replacement isn’t offered only a refund. When I reordered the price went up.
