Stylish; good fit, but scratches easy

This is about the 3rd. pair of glasses I have purchased in the Patrol style. I LOVE how they fit my small face; not too large & a stylish look, BUT...every single time the ear piece scratches the lense. As in to just take them off & put in pouch; the ear piece folds up right into the lense & makes a scratch mark ON the lense! It makes me so bothered because I love this particular style and its soooo hard to find glasses that don't look ridiculous for a small face! I don't know if others has had this issue, but I have each time buying this style.
