Tldr; the graphics card on this very expensive computer didn't work, and the company likely using refurbished and not brand new parts. They expect you to troubleshoot the issues and mess with hardware yourself, when the point of a pre-built is to not have to do this.First off, the Amazon box was damaged, with no fragile sticker for these sensitive electronics. When removing the skytech box, the box was really beat up and looks like it had been opened, used and returned already once before.Set up was normal out of the box and seemed fine but no monitor output. I checked multiple ports on the graphics card and made sure I wasn't using the motherboard output. The website says to remove the and reinstall the RAM and graphics card, which I did, and I had output for about an hour until I tried using YouTube and the feed died. Visuals came back when I removed the RAM, but lost video again later. Waited an hour and a half to speak with Skytech gaming support, who asked me do the same above steps and run diagnostic programs, which I couldn't do without video output. I live about 30 minutes from their company address online and offered to stop by for them to fix or address, and they refused, saying they don't offer that service. When asked what I could do, they told me I should continue trying to diagnose it and looks up their website for next steps, or just return it. They told me it didn't surprise them that it wasn't working, since it bounced around UPS from their shop to Amazon, bounced around Amazon's warehouse, and then likely got beat up again getting delivered to my house. I was recommended to order from them directly and not on Amazon to avoid less shipping and have a working product.....I have since returned it to Amazon, but it wouldn't surprise me if they continue shipping this out to others. You can see in the pics that the clear packing tape had been cut (box had been opened before) amd was probably defective then as well.I get the impression that they are using refurbished and non brand new parts. Would not recommend.
