No Answer at Customer Service

Unit would not keep running. Would go into fault mode after 30 minutes which says filters need changing. Called customer service and left on hold for over an hour, no answer. Called the warranty department and they transferred me back to the customer service line, and again no answer after 30 minutes. Returning unit!
