These coats are very nice......but....I should have paid more attention to other reviews that said these coats run quite large for the stated size......I take a size large in virtually all jackets, shirts, vests, etc., but this coat seemed more suited to an extra large than a large.......returning it and ordering a medium......I'll let ya know how that one fits.............update......rec'd my size Medium coat today and it fits just the way I like them to.

Bad customer service

I ordered this jacket for Christmas and wore it twice. The snap on the sleeve fell off so I called and asked for a new snap so I can install it on the jacket. So I called and spoke to someone about a new snap. The enveloped arrived without my name but the person who built my house in 1978, very odd and the snap I was sent was pressed on to a swatch of cloth making the snap useless. Nice jacket but sorry it has to be donated or disposed.
