Great work and gaming laptop!

Use this laptop almost every day for work in web development. It's also a great gaming laptop. Played Tekken 8 at 1080p low quality but playable! Rocket League runs well too.

I wish I could get this computer to work correctly.

I am constantly having to use the battery disconnect button on the computer. I have contacted Acer 3 times and they keep telling me to do different types of resets, or factory resets on the computer. I either lose USB C Charging Function, WIFI, or Bluetooth. When that happens, I have to use the battery disconnect button on the back to completely take power away from the CPU for 30 seconds. Then after rebooting the computer works correctly for maybe a week or so. Then it does it again. They don't want to replace it even though I have had issues since day one. After doing a factory reset, which more than likely will not work, I will have to send it in for repair and be without my $800 laptop for weeks while they try to decide what to do with it. I would not buy Acer again.
