If you work in a Freezer like me or any cold environment around 40°F to -20°F (4°C to -28°C) these work very well. When your in freezing temperatures nothing really blocks the cold (if you know, you know) but these do a great job of helping keep you warmer. Be warned though, if it's around 50°F or °60F (10°C/ 15°C) your feet will sweat.

Great quality wool socks Well made and thick, very warm However it was really on the short size
