We are dedicated Timex Expedition users - have been for decades. Tons of features, timers, alarms, chrono. Two time zones, for those who travel and/or have out-of-state/country relatives. Nite-Glo. Water resistance. Cons: The inner workings have changed over time. Over a decade ago I could change the battery and it still would function. Now it's hit or miss on battery replacement. Also, changing the battery breaks the seal, and water resistance is no longer guaranteed.

Seems they've cheapened up the Expedition watches. This version is a lot more "Plasticky" and chintzy looking. The band features a wee compass that sort of seems to function. Guess it'd be better than nothing if you were lost in the woods. (LoL). Function button layout is a tad different than before. Definitely liked the previous design better.
