Giant 4 in a Row Connect Game (Open Box)

So we do family gifts for Christmas it’s one big gift for the entire family and we buy a lot of Giantsville!! We’ve always had no complaints until now!! We have giant Jenga, giant checkers. This is the first time I bought giant four in a row because we cannot call it connect four. This is about the sixth time we’ve played and I’m literally taking this picture in real time and the stoppers will not close or open all the way and we keep having to lift the bottom circle out all the way to the top by hand very unhappy.
