Product Description was misleading for my needs

I am a pleased user of Rainpoint's non-wifi 2 zone water timer, and thought it was time to upgrade my watering system. I was very interested due to some of the listed features: 1) The app/ability to control from the phone 2) The ability to use additional soil moisture sensors to prevent overwatering 3) The advertised "Weather-based Watering Timer" The app is fine. As other reviews have noted, it's a little clunky, but it's completely usable. No particular complaints there. The pairing of the hub was a bit troublesome, but it figured itself out, and after that point adding the timer wasn't any trouble. As for the soil moisture sensor (separate Rainpoint product), I couldn't get it paired to the app/timer. Further info on this and other issues with the sensor are in my review for it (spoilers: it started smoking, which was concerning). Most importantly, I was very interested in the Weather-based Watering Timer, which was the main reason for upgrading to this product -- This product description implies that you can have the timer delay watering times up to 72 hours based on changes in local weather conditions (direct pasting of the product description at the time of this review for reader clarity: "WEATHER-BASED WATERING TIMER---Synchronized with the local weather, this hose timer wifi helps you change/stop/start the preset watering schedules anywhere anytime. Delay for 24/48/72 hours when it rains.") This is misleadingly written. You can manually set a rain delay for 24, 48, 72 hours through the app, but the smart automation based on local weather only allows for a delay of up to 5 hours, which is a fascinating time limit, and rendered the product completely useless for my needs. Unfortunately, with those issues, I'm paying double the price of my non-wifi water timer just to have a clunky phone app, which isn't worth it for me and I've begun the return process.
