We have been using this PC for quite some time and it has worked well with absolutely zero issues. It runs smooth and quiet, it looks good, and has been completely reliable. Very happy with this machine.

Updated Review: Trouble from the start that I'm stuck with now.
By Steve on Reviewed in the United States on July 6, 2024
I got this PC in and it was immediately dead. I, however, quickly determined that the power supply was faulty and because I needed the PC up and running ASAP, I had it replaced locally. The PC ran beautifully after that, until a week or so ago I powered everything down and upon attempting to boot back up the next day, it now detects no M.2 drive and only one if my monitors is detected. I suspect the motherboard is dead, at least in part. But, since I had a part replaced NOT through them, and had a dedicated GPU I was given for christmas put in, the warranty is void and I'm stuck paying on a PC that is dead in the water, so to speak. Just build your own. Avoid the headache and financial loss.

I've been using it for a few days now, and it works awesome! It could use a graphics card, probably a 1640 or a 2060, but even without a graphics card it works perfectly. Storage is big, downloaded a lot of games and I still have so much space. It's also easy to set up, not to complicated, and it connected very easy as well!! I highly recommend it. Some games I'm currently on playing on it without a graphics card is Don't starve together, Dead by daylight, and Risk of rain. The graphics run beautifully, and it doesn't make any noise when running these games, and with these games I still have over 800 GB of storage.
My husband likes it

I purchased this for my husband needed a new computer, so I researched and purchased this unit. My husband says the computer works Great for what he wanted it for. He plays games on it, checks email and social media, and looks up particulars for his work. His ONLY complaint is that the LED's in the fan and across the front of the unit have just Quit working. He said that, considering that they were a selling point, he'd have expected them to work longer than a few months. Otherwise, the computer functions are what he was looking for and the programing hasn't given him any trouble.
Solid budget system

Great system so far. Very happy with my purchase. New PC is pretty much plug and play. Only a few small issues experienced with my purchase, as my scenario was upgrading from an older PC. Documentation is very sparse and ran into some driver issues that could only be resolved by doing a Windows refresh, but was very easy to do.

The performance is exactly the same as any other PC that is charging you probably twice this for the same specs. Worked out so well had to ground my step son to get him off it. He used it a lot on Roblox, Terraria, and Ark and there were no glitches or slow downs. Highly recommend this desktop especially for ages 16-30. Its a very sturdy computer. Love the design too *see pics

I reall enjoy this product. It is my first PC. We did have to call tech support because we werent sure where the hard drive and graphics card were. They were both in it and the tech support was really kind and patient and directed us correctly. Very glad we bought this!

The front 3 fans didn’t run and were plugged into the wrong port, Easy fix. It seems to be playing all the games my son throws at it at low settings. First upgrade will be a graphics card.
Horible Pc Stoped Working After A Week.

So i got this pc and it worked for about 2 weeks then, it randomly deletes my games, takes 15 minutes or longer to boot up etc. We took it to a repair shop and the guy said,"its bad ram" so now we have to replace it, then we replaced it twice and it still didn't work. UPD: got it fixed and its working now, had it for a year now, and its pretty solid for a starter gaming computer..
