These products by Mary Ruth's are great. I was introduce to this product by my daughter who is a medical massage therapist. Nicci, has studied about natural medicine, and uses these products in her business, because ,she believes in the most natural way to approach health issues. These produces given in there most natural form.This is what she has taught many people including me.I was feeling tired, and sad a lot so I asked my daughter what she thought would help as winter rolls around. She recommended Mary Ruth's vitamin D3 with B12. I'm feeling so much better sense I have taken this med. I feel like I have energy and my mood is much better along with my hair, and my general all over health. Thank you Mary Ruth's for your great products and for Amazon's quick delivery. A win ,win all the way around.

Be careful - caused chronic acne

I've taken one of these every day for the past two years. You read all over about how important it is to get enough vitamin D (I'm prone to depression), and how common B12 deficiencies are. What they don't tell you is that high levels of either of these vitamins on a consistent basis can cause health issues, one of them being acne. I have a very strict skincare routine with prescription products, pay an aesthetician to work on my face once a month, and get laser treatments, and despite all of this, I was still struggling to manage my acne, specifically the kind that manifests as bumps deep in the skin. The ONLY thing that allowed my face to start clearing up was stopping this supplement. Be careful how much of this you take. Edit 5/5/24: Bumping this up to 3-stars for incredible customer service. Mary Ruth's reached out to me and offered to refund the latest bottle, as well as asked questions to try to understand what happened. It's nice to see that certain companies still care to this extent. They did not ask me to edit or remove my review.
