Wyze Cam Floodlight with 2600 Lumen LEDs (Open Box)

Wyze you asked for feedback. Multi emails. Here you go. After near 40 years experience using security cameras, many units, and different types of systems I will consider myself a professional. This is factual feedback. The camera image quality is the best part. Until the floodlight comes on and bleaches out facial features. When you click on the app icon it loads you into a random camera still image on entry (if you have more than one camera) not the main dash of all items which every other camera system I have had does, and it should for speed and security. It doesn't even glitch into one cameras live image. This is incredibly frustrating. The audio is the worst I have experienced, and again, I have had a lot of systems through the past forty years. The audio in my case (heavily abusive mass drug addicted renters next door) is most vitally important. This newest release vs equipment catches nothing but tin scrape sounds when live, my 80's cameras were better. That will be fun viewing evidence in court... Play back does not work even with an sd card as they claim. Yes. I know what I am doing, the system simply does not function as it claims should. These cameras (aside the floodlight) do not store video or images to sd card no matter how many times I try to reformat them. The cameras send two notification for one, every single false alert too. Last week people were absolutely screaming by the floodlight and one v4 camera.. it didn't notify of any sounds. Yet my nest camera did.... several times. The app lags and crashes. The app frequently locks you out and makes you sign in... The floodlight light will not stay on when you click the lights on image icon, the light flashes on and immediately off. No notifications to anything but shadows and wind (windy? Just turn it off. The annoyance is greater than the chance of catching something), criminals walk right through camera view with zero notifications. Alexa wyze skill will not work. At all. Check that feedback yourself.. It gives double notifications for every single notification. A glitch that is unfixable. How this company stays in business is beyond me. Nest has it's serious issues but is far better investment than this ...... Unless you just want a live view image camera. They want you to pay a monthly subscription equal cost to Nest for absolute junk quality audio, alexa skill app that does not work and glitchy system and notifs. You have to be kidding! I really want my money back. (I had to pay $350 to have the floodlight installed too..) I do not recommend these products. Especially not their price point. There is one real positive and that was daytime and nighttime (without light source, as that exposure washes out faces) picture quality. But if you aren't recording who is going to stay glued to a screen 24/7 and without recording how do you prove what you see?? Better odds catching something live irl with a camera phone. One more positive. This company only has room for improvement.. I'm sure I'm missing a couple things too.
