Levi’s is my go too. Has been for 30+ years. Find they always fit to size. Received the skinny jeans in a 26 and they fit perfect. The best thing about Levi’s is they last, you don’t have to replace often and when you do it’s like Christmas morning. Nothing like a new pair of Levi’s. The price was awesome because who likes paying $90 for jeans. I will say the last time I did pay the $90 for 501’s like 3 months ago but my sweetie this time paid $47 I believe. Awesome and so tickled. Love the 501 in a skinny Jean. Just a great fit. High quality and really a great pair of jeans. Also, the back pockets are so much better on Levi’s. Idk why, but a lot of companies have started with small pockets and higher up the butt, don’t take our pockets. Also the front pockets are actually deep pockets. It’s nice to stick your hand in a pocket instead of a thumb. Just saying! Great jeans, great price and I received these as a Christmas gift but I picked them out. Yay

Yes but no.....

Okay so first of all you definitely need to size up at least one size. I am between a 10 and a 12 depending on brand but normally in Levi's I am a 12 but they still leaves some room. So I went ahead and ordered a 12 in the 501s but they were not even close to fitting. I could get them all the way up but to button them was not going to happen. So I did a return and purchased one size larger. When I got the 14 I put them on and they were pretty close to the fit of the 12s however I could button them but it was not easy at all and afterwards could not move. I started a return on the 14s as well. I had fully intended to return them and did not even want to try a 16. However I saw one review where someone mentioned having to lie down to button them and that they were extremely tight until she wore them around for about 10 minutes. Well I put the 14s back on and fully buttoned them (mind you the waist was not that tight but my hips and thighs were stuffed in there) I tried to sit down as best as I could and walk around a bit doing as much movement as I possible. Low and behold they did loosen up considerably. They are still extremely tight on my thighs and are now almost too loose from my waist to my thighs! I do love the look of these and with the 28-in inseam is perfect for me and hit me right at the top of the foot since I'm short. So I went ahead and canceled the return and had decided to keep them. I'm not sure if that was the right decision or not because I now feel myself having to constantly adjust them because I feel like the waist is falling down. They are definitely that stiff jean type that you know is going to hold up. Like I said they are beautiful and very well made but the sizing is very strange. I saw on the Levi's website that they had a stretched version so I have ordered those which have reviews saying they run too big. I got my normal size in the stretch version so I'm not sure how that is going to go.
