It's a fine band, but difficult to adjust the fit.

Fine band but I have very thin arms and trying to get it to size correctly on my wrist was quite difficult. When I did manage to get it fit like I wanted, eventually is slipped back into a looser fitting. You're not old and thin, you probably won't have this problem
