Snow Joe 24V iON+13" 5-Ah Snow Shovel Kit

I just got off phone with snow joe asking about my electric snow shovel replacement, The very first time I used it. It stopped running after only 5 min. in Dec. when it snowed. and wouldn't restart. So I called at the time. They said they were going to send me a new one. But it was out of stock at that moment, That I would get an email as soon as they had one in stock. Well 3 months later, I had to manually shovel 10.8 inches deep snow. Which I shouldn't of had to. So I called today. I was told it is still out of stock. But I was looking at the website. They are selling the same model w/cover, for the same price I paid for mine. and it is in stock. Well why cant I have that one? it's a free cover. But since I had to manually shovel snow after paying for an electric shovel that didn't work. I think that I deserve a free cover. So she had me hold for about 5 min. She told "I'm sorry I cannot do that" But said she could send me out the 10inch one to use. Until my 13 inch was in stock." I said ok. she then said she was sending me a return label to send my 13 inch one back and then they would send out the 10 inch. I already know that if I send my 13 inch. all I will ever get is the much cheaper 10 inch... Why do these companies feel they have the right to rip people off? I am a little tired of being screwed. Lied about how they don't have my model in stock and then want to do a bait and switch on me. She must think I wear a MAGA hat. I'm not that damn stupid!i Thanks for ripping me off for $200.00 . That's SHADY. and the fact that your shovel broke in 5 minutes doing the job it was designed to do. Speaks loadly about this product. It;s CRAP
